I established CMJ Office in 2006.  I have over 19 years of extensive administrative experience supporting management at executive and government levels. 

I have worked for Martin Thomas, Inc.; the Federal Aviation Administration in Air Traffic; the University of New Hampshire; Liberty Mutual Insurance; and Trinity Health. 

I have been trained as a Virtual Assistant by StaffCentrix, LLC, through the U.S. Air Force. 

I am a member of the International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA), the Virtual Assistance Chamber of Commerce (VACOC), the Virtual Assistant Networking Association (VAnetworking), and Miles of Marketing (MOM).  I am also a member of the DC Web Women Leadership Group (DCWW). 

I hold genealogy memberships to the New England Historical Genealogy Society (NEHGS) and Ancestry.com for genealogical research purposes. 

I am a contributing author for the Gritty Business Buzz and a member of the VAnetworking Blog Team. 

I have been an Air Force wife for 11 years and have three children. 

My company goal is to provide excellent support services to my clients.
